Terms of Service

Last updated 14 Aug 2026

Short and in plain words, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

What you are agreeing to use

Memma is a custodial, no-code launchpad for SPL tokens. You open an account with an email and a password, fund it with crypto, and the platform runs the chain infrastructure on your behalf — launching, pooling and paying out. See Security for how accounts and funds are protected.

Tokens are speculative instruments. Nothing on this platform is investment advice, and a token you launch or trade here can lose its entire value. Fund your account only with what you can afford to commit.

Eligibility

An email address and a password. No wallet, no identity check, no minimum — and no verification either, since the platform sends no mail. If using this kind of software is restricted where you live, that restriction applies to you and not to us.

Your balance, in and out

Your balance is denominated in SOL. It funds the pools you open — creating a token costs you nothing, including the network's own fee for it — and anything you deposit in another asset is converted into it at the rate quoted when the top-up is issued, not at the rate when it arrives.

Money can leave. A withdrawal takes the amount off your balance straight away and sends it to an address you give us, in any of the assets we accept. Two figures are deducted from it and both are shown before you confirm: what the chain charges to make the transfer, and a flat platform fee of 0.01 SOL. The smallest withdrawal on each chain is ten times its total cost, so that a payout is never mostly the cost of making it.

Payouts are made by a person, not by a machine. We hold no wallet keys of any kind, so nothing here signs a transfer on its own — somebody reads the request and sends the coins by hand. That is slower than an exchange and it is the honest limit of a product built without keys.

A request cannot be cancelled once it is made: the exchange rate is fixed for you at that moment, and a fixed rate you could walk away from would be a bet rather than a quote. It can be refused, and a refusal always tells you why and returns the money. If nobody has answered it within 48 hours it lapses on its own and the money returns then.

Deposits and withdrawals are both capped at 100 SOL at a time and 500 SOL a day, per account. The two limits are deliberately identical: money can always leave at the speed it arrived.

An address you give us is the one thing here we cannot correct for you. We check it against the network it belongs to and refuse what does not verify — but on Ethereum and BNB Chain a mistyped address can still be a valid one, and coins sent to it are not recoverable by us or by anybody.

Acceptable use

Do not use this interface to:

  • impersonate a real project, person or token;
  • launch a token designed to defraud its holders;
  • probe, scrape or overload the site.

No warranty

The platform is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, incomplete or wrong, and market figures shown on it move with markets that nobody controls. Nothing here is a promise of profit or of uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, including trading decisions taken on the basis of anything it displays, tokens that lose value, or transfers sent to an address we could not have known was wrong.

Changes

These terms may change as the project develops. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
